The homepage and navigation were redesigned to improve product discovery and conversion through smarter categorization and real-time cues such as Best Sellers, New Arrivals, and Tech Features. Product storytelling and visual assets were also optimized for faster loading, stronger mobile performance, and a consistent experience across devices.
